Early Life & Childhood
A Joyful Beginning
Nickolas Joseph Ayoub was born on a radiant summer morning, July 24, 2002 — a day that marked the beginning of
a life filled with joy, curiosity, and love.
From his earliest years, Nick’s creativity was unmistakable. At Smart Start Early Childhood Center, he discovered a
love for drawing and reading that grew with him. He was bright, energetic, and full of laughter — a social butterfly
who formed bonds effortlessly and carried kindness wherever he went.
“Nick was the one who stayed behind to hug everyone on the last day of school
— making sure no one was left out.”
School Years & Talents
Nick attended PS/IS 104 in Brooklyn, where his creativity and gentle spirit made him beloved among classmates and teachers. Later, at Xaverian High School, he continued to thrive — excelling in sports like basketball, football, lacrosse, and track and field.Music was one of Nick’s greatest passions.
He played the guitar, keyboard, clarinet, and drums, and performed with the school’s Chorus and Drum Line. His musical talent even led him on a tour to Japan in 2018 and an art exhibition at the National Gallery in 2019.

Community & Service
Nick’s heart belonged to his community.
At St. Anselm Church, he served as a lector and sang in the children’s choir. Beyond the church, he volunteered with organizations throughout Brooklyn and Queens — helping at soup kitchens, assisting with phone banks, and supporting local senior programs.
No matter where he went, Nick brought people together through his humor, empathy, and genuine care.

A Light That Never Fades

“Nick was a son, a brother, a friend, and a gentleman. His smile and sense of humor could always light up a room.”
