All frameworks, systems, and playbooks are intellectual property of Women On The Rise Consulting™. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for internal business use. Both parties agree to full confidentiality.

9. Results & Liability

We provide strategy. You provide execution. No outcome is guaranteed. Total liability is limited to the amount paid. No consequential or indirect damages.

10. Indemnification & Non-Solicitation

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from misuse of its materials. You may not solicit or hire our contractors or team members for 12 months post-engagement.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure due to events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government action).

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Westchester County, NY.

13. Policy Updates

We revise these terms as laws or systems change. The most current version will always appear on this page.
