Return & Refund Policy

At GSD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
All of our merch products are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, our trusted production partner. Because each item is made to order, returns and replacements are handled in accordance with Printful’s fulfillment and return policy.

1. Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims determined to be an error by Printful will be covered at their expense.
If you notice an issue with a product or your order, please contact GSD Support at [email protected], and we will work with Printful to resolve it.

2. Return Address

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility.
When Printful receives a returned shipment, you will receive an automated email notification.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

If Printful’s facility is not used as the return address, you (the customer) become liable for any returned shipments received elsewhere.

3. Wrong or Insufficient Address

If the address provided by you is insufficient for delivery, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility.
You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed.

4. Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility.
You will be responsible for the reshipment cost if you wish to have the order resent.

If you do not request reshipment, unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods (such as face masks) that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Any returned orders containing these items will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

6. Returned by Customer / Buyer’s Remorse

It is best to contact GSD Support before returning any products.
Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Returns of products, face masks, or size exchanges are offered at your expense and discretion.
If you choose to return or exchange an item, you must place a new order at your own cost.

Customers residing in Brazil who wish to return an item must contact GSD Support within 7 consecutive days after receiving it and provide a photo of the product.
Refunds will only be approved if the product has not been used or damaged.

7. EU Customers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

Therefore, Printful and GSD reserve the right to refuse returns at their discretion.

8. Refund Policy

Because all GSD products are made to order by Printful, refunds are only issued for items that are defective, damaged, misprinted, or lost in transit.

Refunds are not provided for:

Buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, color, or change of mind)

Incorrect address submissions

Unclaimed packages

Non-returnable items (e.g., face masks or sealed personal products)

If a refund is approved:

It will be processed to your original method of payment.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Processing times vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

If your item qualifies for a refund, please contact [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will verify your claim and coordinate with Printful to process your refund.

9. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
