Shipping Policy

At GSD, all our merch products are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, our trusted production partner. The following outlines how shipping works, what to expect, and your responsibilities.

1. Fulfillment & Shipping Time

Fulfillment Time
After you place your order, Printful typically takes 2–5 business days to produce your item before it is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)
The EDT is the sum of fulfillment time + shipping time. Shipping time depends on the destination region and courier.

Delays and Disclaimers
The EDT is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays can occur due to:

Production capacity or backlog

Design or file issues

Courier or shipping disruptions

Customs, import inspections, or other regional delays

If it’s past the estimated delivery date, please contact GSD Support so we can check with Printful and the courier.

2. Shipping Costs & How They Are Calculated

Shipping costs depend on:

The destination region

The product category, weight, and packaging

Whether multiple products in the same order ship together or separately

Some products always ship separately due to their packaging or form factor (e.g., mugs, posters, canvas, pillows, etc.).

If an order contains items fulfilled from different Printful locations, they may arrive in multiple shipments, with separate shipping charges.

At checkout, you will see the final shipping cost as calculated by Printful’s system, based on the items and your delivery address.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For orders shipped internationally, customs, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

All Printful shipments include tracking.

If your order is lost or you receive a damaged item, please contact GSD Support (with your order number) so we can coordinate a solution with Printful.

Printful’s return/damage policy (for misprints, defects, etc.) is separate — see our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

5. Wrong or Insufficient Address / Unclaimed Shipments

If the address you supply is incomplete or invalid, the courier may return the package to Printful’s facility. You may then incur reshipment costs to correct it.

Unclaimed or undeliverable packages are held for 30 days, after which they may be donated or disposed of.

6. Multiple Shipments & Mixed Orders

Because some products must ship separately (due to packaging or location), your order might arrive in more than one package with separate tracking.
